Wildflower poster contest winners announced

In a U.S. Forest Service contest between area schools, two grand champions were announced as the wildflower poster contest winner.

Grand champions was Sauner Wood for the kindergarten through second grade division, and Reagan Long, for the third through fifth grade edition.

Kindergarten: Jewell Kaufman, Clara Helton, Jackson Adams, Knox Black, Gus Moss, Peyton Coate.

First Grade:  Sophia Rogers, Lydia McDuffie, Destiny Gilman, Haylee Reaves, Reece Wright.

Second Grade: Aubrey Helton, Aden Wetzel, Cody Larkin, Elaine Peterson, Connor Hawthrone,  Zaire Blair.

Third Grade: Amrie Lowe, Anna Lende, Kristin Futter, Isabelle Wagman, Mylee Peterson.

Fourth Grade: Gray Mossman, Cora Clayton, Warren Lee, Alice Addicott, Ava Dierolf, Maloi Lannan.

Fifth Grade: Remy Sexton, Aurelia Hyde, Erika Haines, Ruby Smith, Jed Kirsch, Charley Bullard, Avery Tyburkski, Lily Sandoval.

Students who participated in the contest art from Arrowhead; East Side; Montessori; Pine Creek; St Mary’s; Washington; Winans; Shields Valley Elementary and Park County Home Schools.

Winning posters are displayed at the following locations: Chadz, Insty Prints, Mountain Air Sports, Sax & Fryer, Timber Trails, Forest Service Office and Livingston Public Library
