What about preserving the historic Krohne House?

Editor:

I wish the people in Livingston with “deep pockets” that are interested in preserving old buildings would contact me.  We have been seeking funding for much-needed structural work on the historic Krohne House.

Krohne House was built in the 1880s (before the town of Livingston was the town of Livingston) and has been on the National Register of Historic places since the 1970s. It is an integral part of Livingston history. This house and surrounding 16 acres actually has a function: We will be opening it up later this year for weddings and special events.
