Thanks to City Commission for rejecting housing project

Friday, April 19, 2019

The Livingston City Commission made an historic decision on Tuesday night by rejecting a housing project that did not meet the standards of a healthy and safe community.

Let’s promote development that builds on our strengths as a community and improves our economic, physical and social well-being.

We need carefully located neighborhoods for families and seniors.

We need safe streets for cars, pedestrians and bikes.

We need playgrounds, gardens, trees and greenspace.

We need infrastructure such as high speed internet for education, healthcare and social connectivity.

We need new business to provide jobs, and a sense of pride and vitality to our downtown and neighborhoods. Thank you City Commission.
