Police say a drunk and shirtless man was arrested Late Friday night when he was found running on the railroad tracks across from the Treasure Lanes bowling alley.

Anthony Ahles, 25, of Livingston, was warned about his behavior outside of a bar less than an hour before he was caught trespassing on Montana Rail Link property and in possession of marijuana, Livingston Chief of Police Dale Johnson said.

Police had approached Ahles about his disruptive behavior when he was reportedly chasing people and causing a disturbance while intoxicated outside the Hiatt House, Johnson said Tuesday.

About 20 minutes after a family member gave Ahles a ride home from the downtown location, he was found shirtless and running on the tracks across from the bowling alley, Johnson said.

Ahles was arrested and transported to the Park County Detention Center, where police say they found him in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Ahles was scheduled to appear in Justice Court Tuesday morning on citations of criminal trespass to property and criminal possession of dangerous drugs/marijuana, less than 60 grams, first offense.
