Multiple events available in Shields next week

Build a Better Wilsall Foundation will hold their annual meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, at the Shields Valley Senior Center in Wilsall.

• The senior citizens holiday dinner at the Shields Valley School in Wilsall is scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14. To make reservations call Angela Duncan at 578-2535 in Wilsall.
• The Shields Valley FFA Alumni meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14,  in the Ag room of the high school in Clyde Park. Final plans will be made for the Saturday, Nov. 18, annual auction.
• The Shields Valley Senior Citizen potluck starts at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at the senior center in Wilsall. There will be special music and readings. This is the Thanksgiving dinner with the center providing the turkey. Volunteers are bringing dressing, potatoes and gravy. Others may bring vegetables, salads or desserts.

Club news
• The Women of Shields River Lutheran Church met after worship on Sunday. Plans were made for the Dec. 3 Lutefisk Dinner. It will be from noon until 3 p.m.
• Wilsall Vet’s Club and Auxiliary held their monthly dinner meeting and card party Monday at the  Shields Valley Senior Center. The Women of Wilsall hosted their meeting this month and provided dinner.

The Clyde Park Bridge Club met Nov. 1 at Clyde Park Tavern and Cafe. with Shirley Wilson as hostess. Prize winners were Sharon Jones, high; and  Ken DeBoer, bingo.
Winners of the Nov. 7 Senior Citizens card party were Marie Smith, first; Dorothy Lucas, second; and Georgia Hogenson, low.

School Schedule    .
• Nov. 9-11: The FFA students will be at John Deer Ag Days in Bozeman
• Nov. 10: The elementary and junior high boys play basketball starting at 3:30 p.m. with White Sulphur Springs in Clyde Park.
• Nov. 11: The junior high boys play in the Manhattan Christian Tournament.
• Nov. 13: The winter sports  high school parent/athlete meeting is at 6:30 p.m. in Clyde Park.
• Nov. 14: Senior Citizens Holiday Dinner is at 1 p.m. in Wilsall.  The junior high boys basketball teams play starting at 4:15 p.m. with Livingston Sleeping Giant Middle School in Clyde Park.
