Fifth-generation Livingston resident Claree Tecca is looking on the bright side of starting a business during the coronavirus pandemic.

Tecca and her mother, Jane Tecca, a broker for Livingston Engel & Volkers, have started Spectacular Homes, Inc. to help people manage their short-term and long-term rental properties, as well as maintain properties left behind by those who have gone south for the winter.

With experience in the real estate, construction and farming and ranching industries, Claree said it made sense to get a property manager’s license and become part of a growing industry in Livingston.

With many people who have left town for the winter and not being able to get back because of the coronavirus pandemic, Claree said, that created an opportunity to manage and maintain those properties.

Anyone interested in contacting Spectacular Homes can call Claree at (406) 223-0309 or email her at

“I just want to help people,” Claree said. “Protect their investments, basically.”
