DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A 44-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance Feb. 22 in Justice Court on charges of an open container violation and felony fourth DUI. He was released on his own recognizance and is required to wear a SCRAM device. He was cited Feb. 21.  

 

BLOOD ALCOHOL VIOLATION

Shayla Dressler, 31, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty Feb. 22 in Justice Court to driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater. She was fined $785, sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions, and ordered to complete the ACT program. She was cited Aug. 25. 

 

FAILURE TO APPEAR

A 29-year-old Billings man made an initial appearance Feb. 22 in Justice Court on a failure to appear warrant issued by the Sixth Judicial District Court. Bond was set at $60,000.      

 

ASSAULT

Travis Zeier, 26, of Ryegate, Montana, pleaded guilty Feb. 22 in Justice Court to assault. He was fined $585 and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions. He was cited June 14. 

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

Michael  Denham, 34, of Livingston, was found guilty Feb. 10 by a Justice Court jury of criminal mischief and not guilty of assault. He was fined $685 and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions. He was cited Aug. 7.
