Destiny was born on Oct. 2, 2003 in Livingston. She is the daughter of Shannon (Bowles), and Scott and Carrie Baier. Raised in Livingston, she attended East Side Elementary School and was currently in the eighth grade at the Sleeping Giant Middle School.

Destiny grew up loving art. She drew pictures, she collected dragon figurines, she collected rocks that caught her eye from wherever she went. She was involved with 4-H, and loved lambs and horses. She belonged to LEAP, an extracurricular academic program at the school. She enjoyed hunting with her dad and playing video games with her brothers. She was always eager to give her sister a piggy back ride.

She was a ball of energy, smart and loved to learn; and she could be a bit of a “smart ass” too …

She is and was so loved and will be missed deeply by those closest to her.

Destiny is survived by her mother, Shannon Bertuccio, and her husband, Chris; father, Scott Baier, and his wife, Carrie; siblings, Tyler, Alexia, Eric, A.J., Aubrey and Alden; grandparents, Tallie Jones, Scott (Bonnie) Bowles, Dean Baier and Barbara (Josh) Thompson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandma, Janet Baier.

Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Online condolences may be shared at www.Franzen-Davis.com.
