Following are proceedings in Park County Justice Court:

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A 28-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Justice Court to driving under the influence, first offense; and operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect. He requested a jury trial and was released on his own recognizance. He was cited Tuesday.

 

A 29-year-old Pray man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Wednesday to driving under the influence, second offense; and criminal possession of a toxic substance. He requested a jury trial and bond was set at $1,200. He was cited Tuesday.

 

CONTEMPT

A 31-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt. He requested a jury trial and was released on his own recognizance. He was cited Sept. 14.

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Devoy Martinez, 19, of Billings, pleaded guilty to speeding on an interstate, for which he was fined $70; and driving a motor vehicle while his privilege to do so was suspended, for which he was fined $285 with $100 suspended. He was cited Sept. 30, 2016.

 

Tristen M. Bergan, 20, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded guilty to speeding on a non-interstate roadway, for which he was fined $70; operating a vehicle with expired registration, for which he was fined $85; and driving a motor vehicle while his privilege to do so was suspended, for which he was fined $285. He was cited Wednesday.
