POSSESSION

A 29-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance March 7 in Justice Court on charges of felony possession of dangerous drugs, misdemeanor possession of dangerous drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited March 5. Bond was set at $5,000. 

Jesse A. Cameron, 29, of Great Falls, pleaded guilty March 7 in Justice Court to possession of dangerous drugs, a second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $585 for possession of drug paraphernalia. For possession of dangerous drugs, he was fined $785, ordered to complete the ACT program, and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions. He was cited Aug. 12.   

A 29-year-old Livingston woman made an initial appearance March 8 in Justice Court on an outstanding warrant from District Court. Bond was set at $75,000.  She was cited March 3. She also made an initial appearance on charges of felony possession of drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000. 

 

VIOLATING TERMS

A 32-year-old woman, residence unknown, made an initial appearance March 7 in Justice Court on a charge of violating the terms of a deferred sentence from Sixth Judicial District Court. She was cited Feb. 3. Bond was set at $60,000.

 

PROBATION VIOLATION

A 29-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance March 8 in Justice Court on a probation and parole violation. He was cited March 5. Bond was set at $10,000. 

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Merlin Hearn, 28, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty March 8 in Justice Court to speeding. He was fined $105. He was cited Feb. 21. 

Benjamin M. Johnson, 25, of Livingston, pleaded guilty March 8 in Justice Court to driving without insurance. He was fined $285. He was cited Feb. 24.  

Phillip Dilley, 33, of Livingston, pleaded guilty March 8 in Justice Court to driving on a suspended license. He was fined $285 and sentenced to 12 days in jail suspended if all fines are paid in full by July 1. He was cited Feb. 17.  

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A 28-year-old Bozeman man pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, a second offense; and speeding in a restricted zone. Bond was set at $1,285. He was cited Feb. 26. 

 

FAILURE TO PAY

Cody Carter, 34, of Livingston, appeared in Justice Court March 8 on a warrant for failure to pay fines. He was fined $100 and ordered to make monthly payments. He was cited Nov. 16. 

Michael Ogar, 39, of Clyde Park, appeared in Justice Court March 8 on warrants for failure to pay fines and failure to complete jail time. He will not be fined for contempt if the full balance is paid March 8 and jail time is completed by April 12. He was cited May 19, 2010.
