TRAFFIC VIOLATION

James Ahles, 47, of Livingston, pleaded guilty March 21 in Justice Court to reckless driving. He was fined $335, ordered to complete the ACT program, and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended with conditions. He was cited Aug. 28. 

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Nick Gartside, 34, of Livingston, pleaded guilty March 21 in Justice Court to disorderly conduct. He was fined $185 and sentenced to two days in jail suspended with conditions. He was cited Oct. 16.   

 

BLOOD ALCOHOL VIOLATION

Sidney Parkhill, 27, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty March 21 in Justice Court to driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater. He was fined $885, ordered to complete the ACT program, and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended with conditions. He was cited Oct. 24. 

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A 29-year-old Bozeman man pleaded not guilty March 21 in Justice Court to aggravated driving under the influence. He was released on his own recognizance. He was cited March 20.

 

A 36-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance March 21 in Justice Court on charges of driving on a suspended license; driving without insurance; and driving under the influence, a felony. Bond was set at $1,000. He was cited March 19.
