DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A 22-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty March 15 in City Court to careless driving and first-offense driving under the influence. He was cited March 4. 

 

THEFT

A 31-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance March 15 in Justice Court on charges of theft and exploitation of an older person. He was cited Feb. 5. Bond was set at $5,000. 

 

BAD CHECKS

Charles Lane, 37, of Bozeman pleaded guilty March 15 in Justice Court to issuing bad checks. He was fined $285 and ordered to pay restitution of $304.47. He was cited July 17.  

 

 FAILURE TO NOTIFY

A 59-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance March 15 in Justice Court on a charge of failure to notify of change of address as a sexual or violent offender. He was cited Nov. 3. Bond was set at $10,000. 

 

FAILURE TO PAY

Michael Darrell Reynolds, 59, of Livingston, admitted March 15 in Justice Court to a charge of contempt/failure to pay fines. He was sentenced to six days in jail suspended on condition of making payments and performing community service. He was cited Nov. 16.
