In Court - Oct. 27

Following are proceedings in Park County Justice Court:

 

POSSESSION

A 42-year-old Modesto, California man made an initial appearance Wednesday for felony possession of drugs. Bond was set at $5,000. He was cited Tuesday. The man also appeared on a warrant from Dawson County Justice Court, for which bond was set at $670.

 

Russell Wireman, 55, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $385 and sentenced to 10 days jail, deferred for six months. He was cited Sept. 3.

 

A 31-year-old Modesto, California man made an initial appearance Wednesday for felony possession of drugs; possession with intent to distribute; possession of drug paraphernalia; and obstructing justice. Bond was set at $50,000. He was cited Tuesday.      

 

A 46-year-old Modesto, California man made an initial appearance Monday for misdemeanor possession of drugs; two counts of felony possession of drugs; and driving while his license was suspended. Bond was set at $5,000. He was cited Tuesday.      

  

A 43-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance for two counts of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, for which bond was set at $50,000; and two counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. The complaint was made Oct. 13.

 

ASSAULT

A 29-year-old Emigrant man made an initial appearance Wednesday for aggravated assault. Bond was set at $5,000. He was cited Tuesday.
