TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Travis Hanks, 36, of Livingston pleaded guilty in Justice court Tuesday to not having vehicle insurance, second offense. He was fined $385 with $100 suspended, and his plates and registration were suspended for 90 days. He was cited May 4.

 

A 67-year-old Wilsall man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means, failure to notify an owner of an accident resulting in damage, and a seat belt violation. He requested a jury trial. He was cited April 25.

 

POSSESSION

Robert Howell, 29, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $285, sentenced to 10 days jail with all the time deferred, and ordered to attend the ACT course. He was cited May 2.

 

Patricia King, 50, of Puyallap, Washington pleaded guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to possession of dangerous drugs/marijuana. She was fined $285, sentenced to 10 days jail with all the time deferred, and ordered to attend the ACT course. She was cited April 29.

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A 31-year-old Billings man pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence and speeding. He requested a jury trial, and bond was set at $685. He was cited May 7.

 

A 39-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to driving under the influence of any other drug. She requested a jury trial. She was cited May 6.
