OBSTRUCTING

A 29-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to obstructing justice. He was cited March 20.

 

POSSESSION

Deker Adelman, 20, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to possession of dangerous drugs. He was fined $285, ordered to attend the ACT course, and sentenced to 20 days in jail suspended for six months. He was cited March 14.

 

Andrew Bottman, 47, of Billings, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to possession of dangerous drugs. He was fined $285 and sentenced to 20 days in jail suspended for six months. He was cited March 17.

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

A 30-year-old Three Forks woman pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means, leaving the scene of an accident and disorderly conduct. She requested a jury trial and was released on her own recognizance. She was cited March 13.

 

A 33-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to driving over a divided space or barrier. He was cited March 12.

 

A 26-year-old Tacoma, Washington, man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to careless driving. He was cited Feb. 23.

 

WARRANT

An 18-year-old Livingston woman appeared on a warrant from Helena Municipal Court Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,009.50.
