In Court - March 27

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS Raymond Jackson, 24, of Three Forks, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to not having vehicle insurance, for which he was fined $285; and driving without valid license, for which he was fined $235. He was cited Jan. 15.

 

BLOOD ALCOHOL VIOLATIONS

Edward Fisher, 39, of Emigrant, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater, second offense. He was fined $1,285, sentenced to 30 days jail with 25 suspended, ordered to attend the ACT course, and ordered to use an interlock device. He was cited Feb. 12.

 

Calvin Sallee, 63, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving with blood alcohol content of .08 or greater, first offense. He was fined $1,085, sentenced to 10 days jail with 10 suspended, and ordered to attend the ACT course. He was cited Oct. 18, 2016.

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Kellie Prevost, 47, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving while under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was fined $885, sentenced to 10 days jail with nine suspended, and ordered to attend the ACT course. She was cited May 14, 2016.

 

Kelly A. Davis, 48, of Pray, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving while under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was fined  $1,085, sentenced to 30 days jail with 23 suspended, ordered to attend the ACT course, and ordered to use an interlock device. He was cited Jan. 12, 2013. 

 

Jenny Eames, 44, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving while under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was fined $785, sentenced to 10 days jail with nine suspended, and ordered to attend the ACT course. She was cited Feb. 7, 2015.
