BLOOD ALCOHOL VIOLATION

Eric E. Grotjohn, 25, of Clyde Park, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater. He was fined $1,285 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 25 days suspended for one year; and ordered to attend the ACT program. He was cited Dec. 17, 2016.

 

 POSSESSION

A 26-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance in Justice Court Monday for criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute, a felony. Bond was set at $10,000. He was cited Sunday.

 

WARRANT

A 31-year-old Livingston woman made an initial appearance in Justice Court Monday on an 18th Judicial District Court warrant out of Gallatin County. Bond was set at $10,000. She was cited Friday.               

 

ASSAULT

Justin Coate, 22, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to assault. He was fined $85; sentenced to 20 days in jail suspended for six months; and ordered to get anger management counseling and a chemical dependency evaluation. He was cited Oct. 19, 2016.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Jordan Kelly, 26, of Pray, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to disorderly conduct. She was fined $185 and sentenced to 10 days jail suspended for six months. She was cited Sept. 3, 2016.

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS  

A 23-year-old Emigrant man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to driving a motor vehicle while his privilege to do so was suspended, and failure to give notice of an accident the quickest means. He requested a jury trial and was released on own recognizance. He was cited Feb. 22.

 

A 35-year-old Brooklyn, New York man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to speeding-exceeding the truck interstate speed limit of 65 mph. He was cited Feb. 28.
