Following are Park County Justice Court proceedings:

 

BAD CHECKS

Malinda Descharm, 28, of Missoula, pleaded guilty Thursday to issuing bad checks. She was fined $500, suspended on the condition she pays $15 in restitution. She was cited Dec. 15.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A 22-year-old Bozeman man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. He requested a jury trial and bond was set at $1,355. He was cited Dec. 12.

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATION

A 63-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means. He requested a jury trial. He was cited Dec. 21.

 

THEFT

A 27-year-old Bozeman man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to felony theft. Bond was set at $5,000. He was cited Nov. 6.

 

POSSESSION

A 56-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance on charges of driving while his license was suspended, having an expired vehicle registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of dangerous drugs-methamphetamine, and transferring illegal articles to an incarcerated person. Bond was set at $5,000. He was cited Saturday.

 

A 34-year-old Bozeman woman made an initial appearance Tuesday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of dangerous drugs-methamphetamine, and transferring illegal articles to an incarcerated person. Bond was set at $5,000. She was cited Tuesday.

 

A 41-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony possession of dangerous drugs-meth. Bond set at $5,000. He was cited Saturday.
