BLOOD ALCOHOL VIOLATIONS

 Kristin Nardella, 44, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater. She was fined $885 and sentenced to 10 days jail with 10 days suspended, and ordered to attend the ACT course. She was cited Nov. 15, 2016.

 

 Joseph Gomez, 31, of Gardiner, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving with blood alcohol content of .08 or greater, second offense. He was fined $1,285, sentenced to 180 days jail with 173 suspended, and ordered to attend the ACT course. He was cited Sept. 25, 2016.

 

 Chelsie Howe, 44, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving with blood alcohol content of .08 or greater. She was fined $985, sentenced to 10 days jail 10 days suspended, and ordered to attend the ACT course. She was cited Oct. 30, 2016.

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

 Walter Overstreet, 20, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to not having vehicle insurance, for which he was fined $285; and throwing a match/cigarette/flame on a roadway, for which he was fined $535 with $200 suspended. He was cited Sept. 17, 2016.

 

 Gregory Garlough, 56, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving while his license was suspended. He was fined $335 and sentenced to 10 days jail with eight days suspended. He was cited May 21, 2016.

 

TRESPASSING

 Tamara Womack, 53, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in City Court Monday to criminal trespass to property. She was fined $90, sentenced to one day in jail, and given 10 days to move her trailer. She was cited Sunday.
