Following are Park County Justice Court proceedings.

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Steven Szafranski, 26, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Monday to driving under the influence, first offense. He was fined $885, ordered to enroll in the Assessment Course and Treatment program (ACT) and sentenced to 10 days jail with nine days suspended. He was cited Aug. 26.

 

Stephine Figueroa, 38, of Boise, Idaho, pleaded guilty Monday to driving under the influence, first offense, for which she was fined $885, ordered to enroll in the  ACT program and sentenced to 10 days jail with nine days suspended; and reckless driving, for which she was fined $325 and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended with conditions. She was cited Aug. 31.

 

Jonathan Z. Hardesty, 18, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Monday to driving under the influence, first offense, for which he was fined $885, sentenced to 10 days jail with nine days suspended for six months, and ordered to enroll in the ACT program. He was cited Aug. 6.

 

LITTERING

A 42-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to littering or dumping garbage. He requested a jury trial and was released on his own recognizance. He was cited Sept. 29.

 

POSSESSION

A 46-year-old Belgrade man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to possession of drug paraphernalia. He requested a jury trial and was released on his own recognizance. He was cited Aug. 24.

 

ASSAULT

A 61-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty Wednesday to partner or family member assault, and destruction/tampering of communication device. He requested a jury trial and bond was set at $1,000. He was cited Tuesday.

 

Catherine White, 28, of Emigrant, pleaded guilty Monday to obstructing a peace officer, for which she was fined $585 and sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for six months; and assault with a bodily fluid, for which she was fined $585 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for six months. The complaint against her was made March 29.

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATION

Eric Hogan, 42, of  Livingston, pleaded guilty Tuesday to not having vehicle insurance. He was fined $285. He was cited Dec. 6.

 

WARRANT

A 29-year-old Absarokee man made an initial appearance Wednesday on a 6th District Court warrant. Bond was set at $70,000.
