ASSAULT

A 20-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to partner or family member assault, first offense. He was released on his own recognizance and requested a jury trial. He was cited Monday. 

 

CONTEMPT

Joshua Allen, 22, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to contempt for failure to pay fines. He was fined $100, with the amount suspended if the fines are paid in full by Aug. 31. He was cited Aug. 16.

 

Brenden L. Spry, 21, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to contempt for failure to complete the ACT program. He was fined $100, with the amount suspended on condition of completing the ACT program by Sept. 23. He was cited May 25.

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Michael P. Saunders, 39, of Livingston pleaded guilty in Justice Court Tuesday to driving under the influence, first offense. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended for six months, fined $885, and ordered to complete the ACT program. He was cited Tuesday. 

 

FAILURE TO APPEAR

A 21-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance in Justice Court Tuesday for an out-of-jurisdiction warrant from Belgrade City Court for failure to appear at court. His bond was set at $285. He was cited Sept. 10, 2015.
