Following are Livingston City Court proceedings:

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Kelly G. Buck, 53, of Livingston, pleaded guilty May 29 in City Court to disorderly conduct. She was fined $190. She was cited May 13.

A 60-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty May 29 in City Court to disorderly conduct and firstoffense assault. He was cited May 10.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Bo Jerrod Jessen, 18, of Phoenix, pleaded guilty May 29 in City Court to failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means. He was fined $240. He was cited Oct. 8, 2017.

Edgar F. Andino, 23, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty May 29 in City Court to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $140. He was cited Nov. 17, 2017.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Richard Newville, 27, of Livingston, pleaded guilty May 29 in City Court to third-offense driving under the influence. He was fined $2,590, ordered to enroll in the ACT (Assessment Course and Treatment) program, and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended for six months with conditions. He was cited Nov. 11, 2017.

Bridger Jefferson Lee Hall, 35, of Livingston, pleaded guilty May 29 in City Court to first-offense driving under the influence. He was fined $890, ordered to enroll in the ACT (Assessment Course and Treatment) program, and sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended with conditions for six months. He was cited Dec. 9, 2017.

Rhonda Sue Bissonette, 55, of Livingston, pleaded guilty June 1 in City Court to aggravated driving under the influence, first offense; and careless driving. She was fined a total of $1,220, ordered to enroll in the ACT (Assessment Course and Treatment) program, and sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended with conditions for six months. She was cited May 31.

Arianna R. Schmeltz, 28, of Livingston, pleaded guilty June 1 in City Court to first-offense driving under the influence. She was fined $890, ordered to enroll in the ACT (Assessment Course and Treatment) program, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended for six months with conditions. She was cited Feb. 7.

THEFT

Cydney M. Perkins, 19, of Livingston, pleaded guilty May 29 in City Court to theft. She was fined $190. She was cited Oct. 21, 2017.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A 34-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty June 1 in Justice Court to criminal mischief and misdemeanor assault. He requested jury trial and bond was set at $1,000. He was cited May 20.

POSSESSION

A 41-year-old Emigrant man made an initial appearance June 1 in Justice Court on a charge of felony possession of dangerous drugs. Bond was set at $5,000, and he was ordered to wear a drug patch. He was cited May

31. He also appeared on a probation and parole hold from Bozeman, for which bond was set at $50,000.

A 41-year-old Emigrant woman made an initial appearance June 1 in Justice Court on charges of felony possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to wear a drug patch and was released on her own recognizance. She was cited May

31. She also appeared on a probation and parole hold from Bozeman, for which bond was set at $50,000.
