DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Christopher Yarbrough, 23, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Tuesday in City Court to disorderly conduct. He was fined $190. He was cited Sunday.

Eric Strader, 30, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty Tuesday in City Court to disorderly conduct. He was fined $190. He was cited Saturday.

PRIVACY IN COMMUNICATIONS VIOLATION

A 39-year-old Bozeman woman pleaded not guilty Tuesday in City Court to a privacy in communications violation. She requested a judge trial. She was cited Feb. 2.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

A 17-year-old Livingston youth pleaded not guilty Tuesday in City Court to a right of way violation. He requested a judge trial. He was cited Feb. 12.

Jonathan Gauthier, 15, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Tuesday in City Court to failure to give notice of an accident and failure to stop and identify himself after an accident. He was fined a total of $270. He was cited Feb. 13.

A 47-year-old Gardiner woman pleaded not guilty Thursday in Justice Court to driving a motor vehicle while her privilege to do so was suspended or revoked. She requested a jury trial and was released on her own recognizance. She was cited Feb. 10.

ASSAULT

A 48-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance Thursday in Justice Court on charges of assault with a weapon, felony; and assault on a minor, a felony. Bond set at $50,000. He was cited Feb. 23.

ENDANGERMENT

Nathan Trent, 43, of Billings, pleaded guilty Tuesday in City Court to negligent endangerment. He was fined $1,090. He was cited Sept. 11, 2017.

Paul Burns Jr., 34, of Wilsall, pleaded guilty in City Court Tuesday to negligent endangerment, for which he was fined $590, ordered to enroll in the Assessment Course and Treatment (ACT) program and sentenced to 180 days in jail suspended; and driving without a valid driver’s license, for which he was fined $280. He was cited July 8, 2017.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE PER SE

Danelle Perkins, 33, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Tuesday in City Court to driving under the influence per se. She was fined $890, ordered to enroll in the Assessment Course and Treatment (ACT) program, and sentenced to 10 days in jail with the time suspended. She was cited April 29, 2017.

BURGLARY

An 18-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance Thursday in Justice Court on charges of burglary, a felony; theft, a misdemeanor; and criminal mischief/pecuniary loss less than $1,500, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. He was cited Feb. 8.

WARRANTS

A 42-year-old Belgrade man made an initial appearance Thursday in Justice Court on an out-of-jurisdiction warrant from 18th Judicial District Court in Bozeman. Bond was set at $20,000. He was cited Tuesday.

A 21-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance Thursday in Justice Court on an out-of-jurisdiction warrant from Gallatin County Justice Court. Bond was set at $855. He was cited Dec. 19, 2017.

ENDANGERING WELFARE OF A CHILD

A 28-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty Friday in City Court to endangering the welfare of a child. She requested a jury trial. She was cited Feb. 16.
