Following are proceedings of Park County Justice Court.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Salavat Aitmambetov, 31, of Los Angeles, California, pleaded guilty April 16 to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to one day in jail, fined $685 and ordered to complete the ACT (Assessment, Course and Treatment) program. He was cited April 12.

Robert Alley, 65, of Big Sky, pleaded guilty April 16 to driving under the influence, third offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $2,585 and ordered to complete the ACT program. He was cited April 6.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Cyler Cain, 22, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 16 to driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance. He was fined $570. He was cited April 7.

Jason Gilliam, 49, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 18 to driving without insurance, third offense. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with 10 days conditionally suspended, fined $535, and his plates and registration were suspended for 180 days. He was cited April 3.

FISH AND GAME VIOLATIONS

Cody McBride, 28, of Emigrant, pleaded guilty April 16 to fishing without a license. He was fined $135. He was cited April 4.

ASSAULT

A 29-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty April 17 to partner or family member assault. He requested a jury trial and was released on his own recognizance.
