Following are proceedings of Park County Justice Court.


A 31-year-old Livingston man made an initial court appearance on March 4 on charges of failure to register as a violent offender; partner or family member assault, third offense; resisting arrest; obstructing a peace officer; and two counts of disorderly conduct. He also appeared on Sept. 5 Cascade County warrant. Bond was set at $20,000 for the criminal charges and $5,000 for the warrant. He was cited March 2.


A 26-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty March 7 to aggravated driving under the influence and making false reports to law enforcement. He requested a jury trial and bond was set at $2,895. He was cited March 1.

William Nash-Jackson, 38, of Pray, pleaded guilty March 11 to driving under the influence, driving without insurance, operating a vehicle without license plates and a seat belt violation. He was sentenced to 35 days in jail, with 28 conditionally suspended, and fined $1,655. He was cited March 10.


Richard Hancock, 57, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty March 7 to contempt for failure to pay fines. He was fined $200. He was originally cited May 15, 2001.


Stephen Hagen, 30, of Billings, pleaded guilty March 12 to driving with a suspended license and driving with expired registration. He was fined $370. He was cited Feb. 25.

Perry Walden, 44, of Livingston, pleaded guilty March 14 to driving with a suspended license, criminal contempt, driving without insurance, and driving with expired registration. He was fined $930. He was cited March 13.
