Following are Park County Justice Court proceedings for Tuesday:

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A 40-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, third offense; and driving while his license was suspended. He requested a jury trial, bond set at $1,000 and he was ordered to wear a SCRAM alcohol detection device. He was cited Monday.

A 58-year-old Livingston woman made an initial appearance on a charge of felony driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000 and she was ordered to wear a SCRAM alcohol detection device. She was cited Saturday.

ASSAULT

A 36-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault and tampering with a communication device. He requested a jury trial. He was released on his own recognizance and ordered to wear a SCRAM alcohol detection device. He was cited Friday.

A 31-year-old Big Timber man made an initial appearance on charges of assaulting a police officer, first-offense driving under the influence, resisting arrest, obstructing justice and careless driving. He was cited Saturday.
