THEFT

Robin LaBorta, 56, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to theft, first offense. She was fined $190. She was cited Jan.

Amanda Michael, 33, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Friday to theft, first offense. She was fined $140. She was cited Jan.

9.

Jeremy Michael, 34, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Friday to theft, first offense, for which he was fined $140. He was cited Jan. 25. Michael also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense, for which he was fined $290. He was cited Nov. 25, 2017.

ENDANGERMENT

Michael Wojdylak, 47, Livingston, pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to negligent endangerment. He was fined $1,090. He was cited July 12, 2017.

DRIVING PER SE

Jessie Parrish, 23, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to driving under the influence per se (with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater). She was fined $890. He was cited April 22, 2017.

TRESPASSING

A 28-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty Friday to criminal trespass. She requested a jury trial. She was cited Jan. 31.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Jonathan Z. Hardesty, 18, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Tuesday, Feb. 20 to disorderly conduct, first offense. He was fined $190. He was cited Feb. 5.
