IN COURT

Following are Park County Justice Court proceedings:

INTIMIDATION

A 45-year-old Belgrade woman made an initial appearance on charges of intimidation, driving while her license was suspended, a stop sign violation, not having vehicle insurance, and having an expired vehicle registration. Bond was set at $50,000. She was cited Feb. 12.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

David Labrie, 38, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty to speeding 82 mph on a non-interstate roadway having a nighttime speed limit of 65 mph, and driving while his license was suspended. He was fined a total of $355. He was cited Feb.

FISH AND GAME VIOLATION

Jess Davies, 43, of Helena, pleaded no contest to tagging in the wrong district. He was fined $535 with $250 suspended, and sentenced to 10 days jail with 10 days deferred for one year. He was cited Oct. 7.

ENDANGERMENT

Jason Corbin, 35, of Livingston, pleaded guilty to negligent endangerment. He was fined $1,085 with $200 suspended, ordered to enroll in the Assessment Course and Treatment program, and sentenced to one year in jail with one year suspended. He was cited Oct. 9.
