DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A 41-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty in City Court Friday to disorderly conduct. He requested a judge trial. He was cited Nov. 24, 2017.

Rebecca Moore, 33, of Emigrant, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, second offense. She was fined $1,285, sentenced to 30 days in jail with 23 days suspended, ordered to get a chemical dependency evaluation, and ordered to use an ignition interlock. She was cited Dec.

BAD CHECKS

Katherine Jones, 49, of Livingston, pleaded guilty to issuing bad checks. She was fined $300 and ordered to pay $460 in restitution. She was charged June 11, 2017.

BLOOD-ALCOHOL

VIOLATION

Troy Brin, 47, of Billings, pleaded guilty to driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .08 or greater. He was fined $885, sentenced to 10 days jail with all the days suspended and ordered to enroll in the Assessment Course and Treatment program. He was cited Oct. 6, 2017.

CRIMINAL

ENDANGERMENT

A 25-year-old Pray man made an initial appearance on charges of criminal endangerment, fleeing/eluding a peace officer, and driving under the influence. Bond was set at $5,000. He was cited Sunday.
