DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Earl Hellyer, 43, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in City Court Thursday to driving under the influence, first offense; driving without a valid driver’s license; obstructing a peace officer; and making an illegal U-turn. He was fined a total of $1,100, sentenced to one day in jail, and ordered to enroll in the Assessment Course and Treatment program. He was cited Wednesday.

VIOLATING CONDITIONS

A 32-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance in Justice Court Thursday on an out-of-jurisdiction warrant from Gallatin County 18th Judicial District Court on a charge of violating conditions. Bond was set at $20,000. He was cited Tuesday.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

A 43-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Thursday to a seat belt violation; and first-offense failure to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle. She requested a jury trial and was released on her own recognizance. She was cited Jan. 27.

FAILURE TO APPEAR

A 43-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance in Justice Court Thursday on an out-of-jurisdiction warrant from Bozeman Municipal Court on a charge of failure to appear. Bond was set at $1,170. He was cited Jan. 24.

DRUG DISTRIBUTION

A 40-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance in Justice Court Thursday on a charge of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, a felony. Bond was set at $50,000. He was cited Oct. 13, 2017.
