Following are Park County Justice Court proceedings.

STRANGULATION

A 24-year-old Livingston woman made an initial court appearance Nov. 21 on charges of felony strangulation of partner or family member, first offense; felony burglary; and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $50,000. She was cited Nov. 20.

FAILURE TO APPEAR

A 24-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance Nov. 23 on an out-ofjurisdiction warrant for failure to appear on citations in Bozeman Municipal Court. Bond was set at $1,822. He was cited July 24.

OPEN CONTAINER VIOLATION

David Britt, 47, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Nov. 23 to operating a vehicle without liability insurance, unlawful possession of an open alcohol beverage contained in a motor vehicle on the highway, and contempt for failure to appear on citations. He was fined $560. He was cited Aug. 2.

FISH AND GAME VIOLATIONS

Austin Tyler, 31, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to failure to obtain landowner permission for hunting, failure to validate tag and waste of a game animal. He lost all hunting privileges for 24 months, was fined $505, and ordered to pay $300 in restitution. He was cited Nov. 21.

Carl Heier, 74, of Watonville, California, pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to hunting without a license, unlawful possession of a game animal, failure to validate tag, and second-offense hunting without a license. He lost all hunting privileges for 24 months, was fined $840 and ordered to pay $300 in restitution. He was cited Nov. 17.

Ronald Liljedahl, 76, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to hunting without a license, unlawful possession of a game animal and failure to attach tag. He lost all hunting privileges for 24 months, was fined $605 and ordered to pay $300 in restitution. He was cited Nov. 20.

Scott Swan, 65, of Big Sky, pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to driving on a closed road/trail on state land. He was fined $285 with $100 suspended. He was cited Nov. 15.

Paul Creason, 52, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to failure to validate tag and unlawful possession of a game animal. He lost all hunting privileges for 24 months, was fined $370 and ordered to pay $300 in restitution. He was cited Nov. 15.

TRESPASSING

Nicholas Markum, 25, of Three Forks, pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to criminal trespass to property. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 30 days suspended, and fined $285. He was cited March 20.

Brandon Hirsch, 28, of Gardiner, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with 10 days suspended, and fined $285. He was cited April 7.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Brandi Butler, 34, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance. She was fined $500 with $200 suspended. She was cited Nov. 13.
