Following are Park County Justice Court proceedings for Oct. 1:

ASSAULT

A 33-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass and partner or family member assault. Bond was set at $10,000. She requested a jury trial. The complaint date was Sept. 28.

A 48-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance on charges of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $50,000. He was cited Sept. 30.

BAD CHECKS

Erin Borresen, 42, of Emigrant, pleaded guilty to issuing bad checks. She was fined $585 with $500 suspended, and ordered to pay $570 in restitution. The complaint date was Nov. 21, 2017.

THEFT

A 43-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty to theft. He requested a jury trial and was released on his own recognizance. He was cited on Oct. 1.

A 39-year-old Emigrant man pleaded not guilty to theft. He requested a jury trial and was released on his own recognizance. He was cited on Oct. 1.

DRIVING UNDER

THE INFLUENCE

A 47-year-old man from Centerville, Alabama made an initial appearance on charges of driving with a suspended license, fleeing or eluding, aggravated DUI and felony criminal endangerment. Bond was set at $50,000. He was cited Sept. 29.
