POSSESSION

Heath Urquhart, 51, of Gardiner, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in Justice Court to criminal possession of dangerous drugs-marijuana, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. He was fined a total of $755. He was cited Aug. 15.

Justin Cooke, 28, of Akwesasne, New York, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in Justice Court to criminal possession of dangerous drugs-marijuana, second offense; and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $285 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all days deferred. He was cited Aug.

THEFT

A 19-year-old Newport, Washington man made an initial appearance Aug. 16 in Justice Court on charges of theft, a felony; and careless driving. Bond was set at $10,000. He was cited Aug.

Laura Lee Morgan, 55, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in City Court to theft. She was fined $190 and ordered to pay $1.27 in restitution. She was cited July 10.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

William Nash-Jackson, 37, of Gardiner, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in Justice Court to disorderly conduct. He was fined $185. He was cited Aug. 3.

DRIVING UNDER

THE INFLUENCE

Ian Burgin, 22, of Sandwich, Illinois, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in Justice Court to driving under the influence. He was fined $885, sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended, and ordered to enroll in the ACT (Assessment Course and Treatment) program. He was cited Aug. 2.

Kelcee Boos, 26, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in Justice Court to driving under the influence, second offense; driving while her license was suspended; and obstructing a peace officer. She was fined a total of $1,905. Also, for the DUI she was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, ordered to enroll in the ACT (Assessment Course and Treatment) program, and ordered to have an interlock device. For suspended license violation, she was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all days suspended. She was cited Aug. 4.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Jeremy Michael, 34, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in Justice Court to no vehicle insurance, third offense. He was fined $385, and his plates and registration was suspended for 90 days. He was cited July 28.

Lindsay Marie Moore, 47, of Emigrant, pleaded no contest Aug. 16 in City Court to reckless driving, first offense. She was fined $140. She was cited Aug. 9.

BAD CHECKS

Dayne Segi, 34, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in Justice Court to issuing bad checks. He was fined $185 and ordered to pay $400 in restitution. He was cited Nov. 22, 2017.

OBSTRUCTING

A PEACE OFFICER

Kaylin Oakes, 21, of Akwesasne, New York, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 in Justice Court to obstructing a peace officer. She was fined $335 with $150 deferred. She was cited Aug. 14.

ENDANGERING

WELFARE OF A CHILD

A 35-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty Aug. 16 in City Court to endangering the welfare of a child, first offense. She was cited Aug. 9.
