INTIMIDATION
A 67-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance June 8 in Justice Court on a charge of intimidation. Bond was set at $100,000. 
 
PARTNER/FAMILY MEMBER ASSAULT
Cody Viers, 35, of Livingston, pleaded guilty June 19 in Justice Court to a charge of first offense partner or family member assault. He was fined $585, sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for one year, and ordered to complete anger management counseling. He was cited Oct. 16.  
 
A 54-year-old Billings man made an initial appearance June 19 in Justice Court on a charge of third offense partner or family member assault, which is a felony. Bond was set at $2,000 and the requirement he wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet.           
 
CHILD ENDANGERMENT
A 51-year-old Livingston woman made an initial appearance June 19 in Justice Court on charges of criminal child endangerment, a felony; a first-offense driving under the influence; and driving without a valid drivers license. She was released on her own recognizance and the requirement that she wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet. She was cited June 16.             
 
NON-LOCAL WARRANTS
A 33-year-old Livingston woman made an initial appearance June 19 in Justice Court on a warrant from the Hardin City Court. Bond was set at $500. She was cited June 15. 
 
A 53-year-old Havre man made an initial appearance June 20 in Justice Court on a warrant issued by the Havre City Court. He was cited May 23.  
 
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A 36-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty June 20 in Justice Court to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance. He was cited June 20. 
 
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
A 33-year-old Missoula man pleaded not guilty June 20 in Justice Court to a charge of criminal mischief. He was released on his own recognizance. He was cited June 12.
