RESISTING ARREST
Kyle Jackson, 20, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty March 2 in Justice Court to the following charges: two instances of disorderly conduct, for which he was fined $185 each and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days deferred; obstructing a peace officer, for which he was fined $585 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days deferred; resisting arrest, for which he was fined $585 with $400 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days deferred; a minor in possession of alcohol, for which he was fined $185 and ordered to take an MIP class and perform 20 hours of community service. He was cited April 30. 
 
NEGLIGENT ENDANGERMENT
James Wallin, 56, of Belgrade, pleaded guilty March 2 in Justice Court to negligent endangerment. Cited Dec. 11, he was fined $585.  
 
THEFT
A 48-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty March 2 in Justice Court to a charge of theft. She was released on her own recognizance. She was cited Jan. 1.  
 
DRUG POSSESSION
A 30-year-old Pray man made an initial appearance March 6 in Justice Court on charges of felony possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired vehicle registration, driving on a suspended license, and a third offense of driving without insurance. Bond was set at $10,000, and he was ordered to wear a drug-test patch. He was cited March 3. 
 
A 23-year-old Livingston woman made an initial appearance March 6 in Justice Court on charges of felony possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000, and she was ordered to wear a drug-test patch. She was cited March 3. 
 
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
A 61-year-old Billings man pleaded not guilty March 6 in Justice Court on charges of a third-offense driving under the influence, driving on a suspended drivers license, and driving with an open container of alcohol. He was released on his own recognizance and ordered to wear a SCRAM device. He was cited March 3. 
 
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
William Galloway, 35, of Gardiner pleaded guilty March 9 in Justice Court to two charges of disorderly conduct. He was fined a total of $360. He was cited March 4.   
 
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE
A 31-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty March 9 in Justice Court to driving on a suspended license. She was released on her own recognizance. She was cited Feb. 24.  
 
TRESPASSING
A 33-year-old Norris man pleaded not guilty March 9 in Justice Court to trespass to property. He was released on his own recognizance. He was cited Feb. 23.  
  
 A 24-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance March 9 in Justice Court on a warrant issued by the 18th District Court in Gallatin County for failure to appear. Bond was set at $10,000.
