TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS 

Sondra Padilla, 25, of Belgrade, pleaded guilty April 19 in Justice Court to speeding 106 mph in an 80-mph zone, and driving without insurance. She was fined $120 for the speeding offense and $285 for no insurance, with $200 suspended for six months with conditions. She was cited April 7.   

Richard Hayes, 25, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty April 18 in Justice Court to reckless driving. He was fined $335, ordered to complete the ACT program, and was sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions. He was cited Jan. 8.

Travis Hanks, 35, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 14 in Justice Court to driving without insurance. He was cited April 8. He was fined $285.

Shari Cane, 53, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 18 in Justice Court to careless driving. She was fined $135. She was cited Dec. 22. 

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A 32-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty April 19 in Justice Court to driving under the influence, a first offense. He was cited April 3. Bond was set at $785. 

Larissa Fitzpatrick, 28, of Emigrant, pleaded guilty April 18 in Justice Court to driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater. She was fined $885, ordered to complete the ACT program and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions. She was cited Oct. 31. 

Rowdy Nelson, 46, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 18 in Justice Court to driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater, a second offense. He was fined $1,585, ordered to complete inpatient treatment, and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended for six months. He was also ordered to have an Interlock feature installed on any vehicle he drives. He was cited June. 8.

Jeffrey Magone, 53, of Emigrant, pleaded guilty April 18 in Justice Court to driving per se (with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater). He was fined $885, ordered to complete the ACT program and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions. He was cited Jan. 30. 

 

POSSESSION

A 41-year-old Billings woman made an initial appearance April 19 in Justice Court on the following charges: driving on a suspended or revoked license; obstructing a peace officer; theft, a third offense; felony possession of dangerous drugs; and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was cited April 18. Bond was set at $3,000. 

A 33-year-old Helena man made an initial appearance April 18 in Justice Court on multiple charges, including child endangerment, driving on a suspended or revoked license, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of drugs with intent to distribute. He was cited April 15. Bond was set at $10,000.

Samuel Bailey, 18, of Butte, pleaded guilty April 18 in Justice Court to possession of dangerous drugs. He was fined $285, ordered to complete the ACT program, and was sentenced to five days in jail deferred for six months. he was cited Nov. 3.

Jennifer Sperano, 29, of Gardiner, pleaded guilty April 18 in Justice Court to possession of dangerous drugs. She was fined $185, ordered to complete the ACT program, and was sentenced to five days in jail deferred for six months. She was cited Jan. 9.

A 48-year-old Las Vegas man made an initial appearance April 14 in Justice Court on possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of dangerous drugs, methamphetamine. He was cited April 13. Bond was set at $50,000.

William Nash-Jackson, 35, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 18 in Justice Court to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited April 15. He was fined $285 and ordered to complete the ACT program. He also pleaded guilty to a contempt charge relating to failure to pay fines. He was ordered to make monthly payments.  

 

FAILURE TO APPEAR

A 32-year-old Gardiner man made an initial appearance April 19 in Justice Court on an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear. The bond amount was $500.
