CARELESS DRIVING ESULTING IN DEATH  OR INJURY 

A 24-year-old Wilsall man pleaded not guilty March 31 in Justice Court to careless driving resulting in death or serious bodily injury. He was cited Feb. 25. He was released on his own recognizance. 

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Robert Lee Canulli, 39, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 7 in Justice Court to driving on a suspended license. He was fined $285 and sentenced to 12 days in jail with 10 suspended. He also pleaded guilty to contempt for non-appearance on a citation and was fined $100. He was cited Feb. 18.  

Fawn Lee Hughes, 44, of Gardiner, pleaded guilty April 7 in Justice Court to operating a motor vehicle with expired registration and operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance in effect. She was fined $85 for the expired registration and $285 for no insurance. She was cited March 24. 

A 73-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty April 5 in City Court to careless driving. He was cited March 30.

A 32-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty April 5 in City Court to careless driving. He was cited March 30. 

 

FAILURE TO DISPERSE

A 37-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty April 7 in Justice Court to failure to disperse, or two or more persons engaged in disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance. He was cited April 6.  

 

Corey B. Coleman, 46, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 7 to  failure to disperse, or two or more persons engaged in disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, to be served concurrently with present incarceration. He was cited April. 6.  

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Sondra Phillips, 51, of Livingston, pleaded guilty April 5 in City Court to driving under the influence, a first offense. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions, her driver’s license was suspended for six months, she was ordered to complete the ACT program, and she was fined $890. She was cited March 21.   

 

POSSESSION

An 18-year-old Emigrant woman pleaded not guilty March 31 in Justice Court to misdemeanor possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. She was cited March 4. Bond was set at $500.
