The following are Park County Justice Court proceedings:
 
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Jesse Jimenez, 27, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Thursday to driving under the influence, for which he was fined $885, sentenced to 10 days jail with nine days suspended, and ordered to enroll in the ACT (Assessment Course and Treatment) program; and speeding 82 mph in a 65-mph zone on a non-interstate roadway, for which he was fined $70. He was cited Sept. 2.
 
TRAFFIC VIOLATONS
Dakota Schlichenmayer, 21, of Belgrade, pleaded guilty Thursday to: speeding 92 mph in an 80-mph zone on an interstate, for which she was fined $70; driving while her license was suspended, for which she was fined $285 with $100 suspended; and having rear-window tinting that allows less than 14 percent light, for which she was fined $85. She was cited Sept. 4.
 
Cory Morse, 48, of Livingston, pleaded guilty Thursday to: driving while his license was suspended, for which he was fined $285 with $100 suspended; not having vehicle insurance, for which he was fined $285 with $100 suspended; and speeding 100 mph in an 80-mph zone on an interstate, for which he was fined $70. He was cited Sept. 4.
 
Kimberly Chapman, 53, of Livingston, pleaded guilty today to driving while her license was suspended. She was fined $285. She was cited today.
 
POSSESSION
A 33-year-old Livingston man made an initial appearance for felony possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $20,000. He was cited Thursday.
