ENDANGERMENT

James Wallin, 56, of Belgrade, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Thursday to negligent endangerment. He was fined $585. He was cited Dec. 11, 2016.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Kyle Jackson, 20, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Thursday to: disorderly conduct, two counts, for which he was fined a total of $370 and sentenced to 20 days jail with 20 days deferred; obstructing peace officer, for which he was fined $585 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail deferred; resisting arrest, for which he was fined $585 with $400 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail deferred; and minor in possession, for which he was fined $185, sentenced to 20 hours community service, and ordered to attend the MIP class. He was cited April 30, 2016.

 

THEFT

A 48-year-old Livingston woman pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Thursday to theft. She requested a jury trial. She was cited Jan. 1.
