CONTEMPT

Teesha Shober, 27, of Livingston, made an appearance in Justice Court Thursday on three contempt warrants for failure to do jail time, failure to complete the ACT program and failure to pay. She was ordered to complete her jail time by Aug. 30, complete the ACT program, and make monthly payments. She was also fined $100. She was cited March 9, 2014. 

 

FAILURE TO PAY OR APPEAR

A 22-year-old Emigrant man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Thursday to contempt for failure to pay or appear on the original ticket, and failure to register a vehicle. His bond was set at $185, and he requested jury trial. He was cited June 14.

 

A 29-year-old homeless man made an appearance in Justice Court Thursday on a Yellowstone County warrant for failure to appear for a hearing. A mandatory District Court appearance is required before he can be bonded out. The original charge was possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. 

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATION

A 56-year-old Billings man pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Thursday to speeding in a restricted area. He requested judge trial. He was cited July 16.
