Following are Park County Justice Court proceedings for Tuesday:
 
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Jon Scott Williamson, 45, of Spearfish, South Dakota, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, for which he was fined $75; failure to signal intention to turn within 300 feet, for which he was fined $85; and first-offense driving under the influence, for which he was fined $775, ordered to enroll in the Assessment Course and Treatment program, and sentenced to 11 days in jail with 10 suspended. He was cited Friday.
 
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
Brock Eddy, 22, of Livingston, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while his privilege to do so was suspended. He was fined $285. He was cited Dec. 31.
 
Travis L. Lewis, 37, of Livingston, pleaded guilty to speeding, for which he was fined $40; and failure to carry proof of insurance in a vehicle, for which he was fined $285. He was cited Jan. 7.
 
CONTEMPT
A 61-year-old Livingston man pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt. He requested a jury trial and bond was set at $585. He was cited Jan. 2.
 
STRANGULATION
A 43-year-old Livingston woman made an initial appearance on charges of strangulation of a partner or family member, first offense, a felony; and destruction/tampering of a communication device to prevent a criminal offense report. She was released on her own recognizance. She was cited Monday.
