POSSESSION

Gregory Garlough, 56, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Friday to possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was sentenced to 10 days in jail deferred for one year, fined $385 and ordered to complete the ACT program for the possession of drugs charge. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail deferred for one year and fined $385 for the possession of drug paraphernalia charge. He was cited Oct. 26. 

WARRANTS

A 28-year-old Livingston woman appeared on a Gallatin County District Court warrant in Justice Court Friday for seven counts of burglary, a felony. Her bond was set at $50,000. She was cited Oct. 25.
