BAD CHECKS

A 37-year-old Lewistown woman pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Friday to issuing bad checks.  She requested a jury trial and was released on her own recognizance. She was cited Jan. 13, 2015. 

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Jordan A. Charles, 20, of Two Dot, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Friday to driving a motor vehicle while his privilege to do so was suspended. He was sentenced to two days in jail suspended and fined $285. He was cited Nov. 22.

CONTEMPT

William Nash-Jackson, 35, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Friday to four contempt charges relating to failure to pay fines or comply with the court’s orders. He was sentenced to 17 days in jail. He was cited Nov. 14.
