BLOOD-ALCOHOL VIOLATION

Chelsey Murphy, 28, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, first offense. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 suspended for six months and ordered to complete the ACT program. She was cited March 20.

 

Christopher W. Kostman, 30, of Livingston, pleaded guilty in Justice Court Monday to driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, second offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 suspended for one year, fined $1,285 and ordered to complete the ACT program. He was cited March 8.
