BLOOD ALCOHOL VIOLATIONS

Erik M. Zalenski, 45, of Billings, pleaded guilty April 4 in Justice Court to operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent. He was fined $885, sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions, and ordered to complete the ACT program. He was cited Sept. 23. 

 

Wade H. Peck, 63, of Gardiner, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent, a first offense. He was fined $885, sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months with conditions, and ordered to complete the ACT program. He was cited Dec. 24. 

 

ASSAULT

A 22-year-old Big Timber man pleaded not guilty April 4 in Justice Court to criminal mischief and a first offense of partner/family member assault. He was cited April 3. Bond was set at $1,000. 

 

TRESPASSING

A 55-year-old Pray man pleaded not guilty March 29 in Justice Court to criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was cited March 8 and released on his own recognizance. 

 

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

A  38-year-old Billings man pleaded not guilty March 29 in Justice Court to speeding. He was cited March 17 and released on his own recognizance. 

 

Richard Clayton, 40, of Livingston, pleaded guilty March 29 in Justice Court to driving on a suspended driver’s license. He was fined $285 and sentenced to two days in jail suspended with six months with conditions. He was cited March 13.

 

FISH AND GAME VIOLATION

David Scott, 30, of Bozeman, pleaded guilty March 29 in Justice Court to fishing without a license. He was fined $135. He was cited March 20.  

 

FAILURE TO PAY

Kyle Weaver, 21, of Bozeman, appeared March 29 in Justice Court for failure to pay two outstanding warrants. He was fined $200 and ordered to pay all fines by April 19.
