Car Show, Living History set for Saturday

The annual Livingston Wheels Car Show is back, kicking off at 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 2 at the American Bank parking lot on Livingston’s on Main St.

The free event, which goes until 3 p.m., will feature — in addition to cars — vendors, open restaurants, a food truck and a live deejay.

Car registration for the car show starts at 8 a.m., with a $15 entry fee and with extra cars costing $5.

On the same day, the Yellowstone Gateway Museum will host Living History Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will include artist demonstrations, Native American games, flint knapping, blacksmithing, painting, primitive arts and Dutch oven cooking.

There is free admission to activities and exhibits and group docent tours on demand. Lunch will consist of burgers and hotdogs.

A shuttle will be available to take participants to and from both the car show and Living History Day. Shuttle stops are at the Yellowstone Gateway Museum, the Depot Center Museum and the top of Main St.
