The Trustees for Park County Rural Fire District #1 will hold a regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, March 8. The meeting will be held at 304 E. Park St. in Livingston. A full agenda can be seen at same location.

 

The American Association of University Women has a $1,400 scholarship available to female students from Park County and from Mammoth Hot Springs with established Park County residence. Students must be college sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students. All Montana colleges’ financial offices have applications and requirement information. Scholarship applications are due June 20, 2021. The Gardiner School District will have one three-year trustee seat open for the May 2021 election. Candidate packets are available at the school office. Candidates must file a declaration of intent and oath of candidacy. Forms should be returned to the district clerk’s office at 510 Stone St. in Gardiner by 4 p.m. on March 25. • Due to the ongoing health concerns of COVID-19, the Park County Pioneers annual banquet has been postponed. Notice will be given when an alternate date is set.

 

Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) is currently taking applications for the new Livingston Cottages at 104 W. Reservoir St. There are seven one-bedroom/one-bath units and four two-bedroom/two-bath units available. The units are just below market rates, but are not subsidized. Income guidelines apply and vouchers are accepted. For more information and applications, call 222-0158 and ask for either Sandy or Meagan.
