• The Livingston Youth Soccer Association will hold its annual general meeting at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2 in the Livingston Civic Center located at 229 River Drive. The meeting is open to all LYSA members, parents, players and the community. There will be updates on the progress of LYSA’s program growth, the new fieldhouse and a vote for new board of directors. • St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church’s annual Celtic Festival will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28 at the Elks Lodge, corner of 2nd and Lewis Streets. The event supports outreach programs, including the Livingston Food Resource Center and Loaves & Fishes. Music will be performed by Thorns Among Roses, a Celtic band from Great Falls. The emcee will be Marc Beaudin, with a reading of “Ode to the Haggis” by Gillian Swanson. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. They are available at the church office, 310 W. • To better serve its riders, Angel Line Transportation of Park County is seeking input from riders and potential riders. Surveys are available at the Angel Line office in the Senior Center at 206 S. Main St. or by contacting the County Auditor’s office. The survey addresses what, if any, added service times would riders and potential riders like to see.
