• The Livingston Tree Board will meet at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15 in the East Room of the City-County Complex. The meeting is open to the public. For more information, call Mike at 222-5361.

• The Spay Neuter Project will hold two Fixer Upper spay neuter clinics: one on Saturday, March 4 at the Gardiner Community Center and another on Sunday, March 5 at the Park County Fairgrounds. Appointments are necessary. The project is an all-volunteer, donation-based community organization dedicated to reducing the overpopulation of animals in Park and Sweet Grass counties. • Chapter P, P.E.O. is offering a $2,000 scholarship to a senior girl attending any Park County high school. Applicants must be planning to attend college this fall. Applications, which are available at the Gardiner, Park and Shields Valley high school counselors’ offices, must be submitted by March 27. Eligible young women may contact their counselors or Marcia Olson at 224-2248 for more information. P.E.O. is a Philanthropic Educational Organization providing educational opportunities for women.

• Senior girls attending Park County schools may apply for a $2,500 college scholarship offered this year by Chapter BW of P.E.O. Those applying must have a GPA of 3.0 or better and plan to attend post secondary education either in or out of  state in fall 2017. The application deadline is March 28. Applications are available at the high school counselors’ offices or by contacting Carol Kron at 222-7068.
