The Deadrock Writers will meet from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 16 at the Livingston-Park County Public Library. There is no charge to participate and everyone is welcome. The writing group, a project of the library, helps writers of all experience levels find inspiration and also offers support for individual endeavors. The Park County branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will hold its monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20 at The Mint Bar and Grill. The guest speaker will be Rachel Anderson from Markouture, who will speak on “Building Community through Entrepreneurship.” AAUW welcomes current members as well as others in the community interested in attending. • ASPEN (Abuse Support and Prevention Education Network) will hold its Soup to End the Silence fundraiser starting at 6 p.m. p.m. Friday, March 22 at the Livingston Depot Center. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 per child age 6 and up, and free for children 5 and under. Tickets can be purchased by calling ASPEN at 222-5902, ext. 2, or at www.aspenmt.org/events.

The musical “Mamma Mia!” based on the songs of ABBA will run weekends through March 24 in the Dulcie Theatre at the Shane Lalani Center for the Arts. Showtimes are 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 3 p.m. on Sundays.

• Individuals in the community are forming a Downhill Ski Club and looking for skiers or individuals in the community who might be interested in getting a Livingston Downtown Hill Ski Club started. If interested, call Craig Vanderland at (406) 823-9743.

WindRider Transit offers free weekend service to Bridger Bowl. One 13-passenger WindRider bus will make a round-trip every Saturday and Sunday. The bus leaves at 8:30 a.m. from the Park County Fairgrounds and arrives at Bridger about 9:30 a.m. The bus will leave Bridger at 4 p.m. and arrive back in Livingston about 5 p.m.
